Note the unique newer, professionally applied steel blue painted finish with blue interior, updating the look and accented with brass hardware. The traditional interior has 8 small drawers (including 2 that are curved) offering space to organize and a central "cubby" with 8 additional petite drawers. 
This bureau has been restored, all drawers function, desktop is solid and ready to be used and enjoyed. Locks do not function.
