The light blue paint is all original on this beautiful flat top trunk. A simple monogram of three letters indicate it may have been a wedding or dowry present.
This trunk has original iron side handles, long wrought iron hinges and rests on bun feet.

Restored, strong and stable, this pine trunk is ready to be used and enjoyed. Wax finish. No lock nor key.
The painted finish is worn down to the natural pine below throughout much of the top.
