Early 19th Century Original Red Painted Swedish Pine Sideboard Buffet

The original brick red painted finish has been lightly scraped bringing out the warm patina of the pine in this lovely Gustavian sideboard or buffet from the Swedish countryside.
One long drawer (with 2 interior dividers on each end) over 2 cabinet doors provides easy storage as well as pleasing visual balance.
The simple fluted carving detail throughout the panel doors and drawers was a traditional element in Swedish country furniture from this era.
Restored, strong and stable this pine sideboard is ready for use. Original iron side handles. Old repairs seen in drawer bottom, front right edge, etc.
Top reveals stains, cracks, gouges, dried old wormholes, distress/wear to finish from years of use.
Two skeleton keys included to use as pulls; locks are stiff/difficult to work.
All scratches, cracks, dings, and age related separation are commensurate with age and do not detract from the beauty nor function of this charming original painted sideboard which is over 200 years old.
