This delightful hanging rack is a wonderful example of the folk art found in Eastern Europe during the 1800's.
The blue background has hand painted accents including traditional red, yellow, and blue flowers and wreaths. 
There are twelve wood pegs for hanging personal items on this 6' long rack in addition to shelf and upper plate rack.
Restored, strong, stable and ready for use. Wax finish. 
Age related wear/distress is seen in multiple areas where the paint has been worn down to the natural pine below. Holes are seen, likely where it was once attached to a wall.
All scratches, cracks, dings, and age related separation are reflective of age and do not detract from the charm nor function of this hanging rack.
