19th Century Original Painted Hanging Rack with Hooks

19th-century hanging rack crafted in pine with an original hand-painted finish. While it appears as black at first glance, the paint is actually a very dark brown. The front is decorated with a name written in cream-colored paint and floral accents in red, white, and green, all showing heavy patina from years of use.
The rack features eight hand-carved hooks, all in place and ready to use. The upper rack was originally designed to display plates or platters. The sides and lower edge are gently scalloped. Distress is visible throughout the painted finish, revealing natural wood beneath, consistent with age. Two holes along the front panel indicate where the original owner fixed the piece to the wall.
Restored, strong, stable, and ready for hanging and everyday use.
