Pair of 19th Century Swedish Painted Demilune Pine Side Tables Consoles

19th-century pair of Swedish pine demilune console tables with turned legs and a generously scaled form. The tables retain an older distressed painted surface, with gray tones across the tops, skirts, and bases, and warmer brown undertones visible beneath. The paint appears more heavily scraped along the bases than the tops, contributing to their layered country character with an overall taupe appearance.
Age-related wear includes cracks, old nicks, gouges, and light wormhole activity visible in the legs. One table shows two front legs that angle slightly outward, a characteristic that does not impact stability or function.
Both tables have been restored, are strong and stable, and are ready for use. Their large size and rustic finish make them well suited for country, farmhouse, or relaxed traditional interiors.
