19th Century Swedish Original Painted Pine Corner Cabinet

19th-century Swedish pine corner cabinet with curved bowfront form, built in sections for easier transportation and installation. The cabinet retains an original brownish taupe painted finish that has been scraped and distressed, revealing natural pine beneath. The interior is painted a contrasting antique white with blue undertones.
Age-related cracks and wood separation are visible throughout the interior, including the central open storage shelf. Possible old repairs are visible at the feet. Close-up photos reveal remnants of decorative painted detail along the crown. A monogram and date reading “18” and “19” remain visible on the center doors, suggesting the cabinet may have been commissioned as a wedding or dowry piece.
Both original locks function with a single included skeleton key. Scratches, dings, cracks, stains, and wear are consistent with age and use. Restored, strong, stable, and ready for use, this corner cabinet offers both history and distinctive character.
