Early 20th Century Swedish Painted Demilune Wall Console with Marble Top

Early 20th-century Swedish pine demilune wall console designed with two front legs to secure and sit flush against a wall. The console features turned and fluted legs, a decorative curved lower stretcher with a large finial, and carved detailing along the skirt with floral accents.
The original painted surface has been scraped and distressed throughout, revealing layered tones of gray, cream, and antique white, with areas of natural wood exposed beneath for added depth and character. Scrapes, minor cracks, nicks, and surface distress are present and do not impact function or overall presentation.
A marble top rests on the frame. Note the natural marble matrix that creates visual draw to the top, with tones of gray, green and blueish steel gray combined. While old repairs/filled in cracks appear in the top, it is solid, smooth and stable, ready for use.
The wood base has been restored, and is ready for use as an elegant wall console or entry piece.
