19th-Century French White Painted Oak Bookcase Display Cabinet with Glass Doors

19th century French bookcase constructed of oak, featuring two tall doors fitted with six vertical glass panes. The white painted finish is newer to the display cabinet and shows intentional age through distress, with pale cream undertones visible beneath the surface. A traditional French full-length interior locking mechanism runs the height of the doors; the left door fits into a groove on the right door to close properly. The painted surface shows cracking and wear, most notably along the front doors, consistent with age and use. Typical scratches, cracks, and age-related separation of planks are visible throughout, including the interior, bottom, and back of the cabinet, which is common for oak pieces of this period. The cabinet has been restored, is strong, stable, and ready for use. Please review close-up photos to better understand the texture, distress, and character of the painted finish.
Examine the professional photos for clear understanding of color, condition, and details; photo lighting, individual monitor display and home lighting all impact how item is viewed. Photos are part of item description, please ask questions or request additional photos of specific areas if needed.
