20th century Danish display cabinet crafted in oak. The cabinet features heavy side columns with beaded detailing, each topped with carved capitals and flanked by a pair of carved putti figures. The cabinet is raised on carved bun feet, with additional beaded detail repeating along the crown.
Glass doors feature beveled glass panes, allowing for display while highlighting the craftsmanship of the cabinet. The doors open easily using brass handles and secure with a simple interior metal clip system.
The left section opens to reveal shelving measuring approximately 26¾ inches long by 12 inches deep. The larger two-door cabinet on the right opens to reveal shelves measuring approximately 45½ inches long by 12 inches deep. Adjustable shelving allows flexibility for displaying books or collections.
Additional details include a slightly bowfront form, carved columns, and veneered panels beneath the glass doors. Some veneer chipping is present, including at the bottom right corner of the central door. Typical nicks and scratches are visible throughout, though the cabinet overall presents in good condition. The cabinet has been restored and is stable and ready for use.
