Early 19th Century Original Hand Painted Dutch Drop Leaf Table Console

Early 19th century Dutch drop leaf table, crafted in pine and retaining its original hand painted finish. The surface features a brick red ground with ocher and gold border flourishes, while central images include windmills, trees, water scenes with sailboats, fishing motifs, birds, and additional decorative elements. The gate leg construction allows the table to open from a narrow console form to a useful kitchen or game table. Restored strong, stable, and ready to use. The top surface shows old nicks and cracks from years of use. A special find due to the intricate painted decoration across the top surface.
Closed, it acts as a console table: 37"w x 17.25d x 28.26h
Opened, it extends to 59.5" w x 37"d x 28.25"h
