19th century Swedish chest of three drawers crafted in pine. The painted surface has been scraped, revealing layers of natural wood along with old white paint and subtle plum undertones showing through.
Each of the three drawers is fitted with two brass ring pulls. The overall finish carries strong rustic country character through its age, wear, and layered surface.
Old cracks, scratches, and some repaired gouges are visible throughout (including top), contributing to the aged appearance of the piece. The chest may also serve well as a nightstand.
The piece has been restored and is strong, stable, and ready to use.
