19th-century Danish pine highboy featuring seven drawers. The case has slightly canted side trim and a capped crown, adding subtle architectural interest. The chest rests on traditional front bun feet and has been given a natural wax finish that brings out the warmth and grain of the pine.
Each drawer operates smoothly and is fitted with two brass pulls. Small gouges, cracks, and signs of old dried wormhole activity are visible throughout, consistent with age and use, and do not impact function. The chest has been restored, is strong, stable, and ready for use. Built in two sections.
