Unique to this cabinet is the (almost hidden) carved fluted upper drawer, which is reached/opened from the underside when the cabinet door is open.
Newer professionally applied antique white painted finish with slight gray undertones is gently distressed to fit the age of this charming accent cabinet. 
Restored, strong and stable. All old nicks, scratches, signs of wear are reflective of generations of use and do not detract from the beauty nor function of this delightful piece. Simple lock and key function, somewhat loosely.
