Late 19th Century Gray Pine Bookcase Display Cabinet with Glass Doors

Early 20th-century Hungarian gray painted display cabinet crafted in pine. The exterior features a newer layered steel blue/gray painted finish that has been lightly distressed, fitting the age and character of the bookcase. Fluted carved vertical columns frame the cabinet, with additional carved detailing along the crown adding architectural interest.
Four panels of glass in doors open to reveal removeable interior shelving suitable for books or decorative objects. Shelf depth: 17.5"
Below cabinet doors is one long drawer fitted with two brass pulls, providing additional storage. The old lock and key remain present and function loosely (lock/key sometime spin in place); buyer may prefer to use the key as a pull only.
This bookcase has been restored, is strong, stable, and ready for use, offering a handsome and practical display piece with authentic European character.
All scratches, cracks, dings, and age related separation(see back) are reflective of age and do not detract from the beauty nor function of this display cabinet.
