This narrow rustic console is a great find not only due to its over 6' length, but with the single drawer that add function as well. The original brown paint is much distressed, especially along the top which has been worn down to the natural pine below. 
Originally used as a type of work table, it is the generations of use revealed in every nick, gouge, stain, nick and crack that add to the rich patina and authentic vintage character of this rustic console.
Restored, strong and stable. The wax finish adds to the warm patina of the pine.  
All the many scratches, cracks, dings, and age related separation are reflective of age and do not detract from the appeal nor function of this narrow work table.
