19th Century Large White Display Cabinet Bookcase Apothecary with 24 Drawers and Adjustable Shelves

19th-century Danish pine shop cabinet/counter, traditionally known as a Danish grocer’s desk. The newer, white painted finish is lightly distressed to fit the age and reveal the warm pine below.
This substantial piece features upper display with 24 open sections of shelving (which is adjustable) above a lower cabinet section with 24 drawers and 4 open sections in the center. Approximately 10' long and over 6.5' high.
Note: because upper shelving is removeable and adjustable, this flexibility allows the buyer to remove shelves and create larger, varied display areas
Each drawer is fitted with a brass pull, offering practical storage with strong visual rhythm. Originally used by shop owners to display and organize goods, the open shelving allows for flexible modern display including as a bookcase. The many drawers provide a myriad of storage and organizing options.
Typical age-related stains, scratches, nicks, cracks, and minor separations are visible throughout consistent with long use.
Built in two sections for easier transportation and installation. Restored strong, stable, and ready for use.
Please refer to professional photos for clear understanding of color, condition, and details; photo lighting, individual monitor display and home lighting all impact how item is viewed.
