Pair of early 20th century Swedish taboret stools crafted in pine. Each stool features turned, tapered legs and carved egg and dart detailing along the skirt.
The original painted finish has been largely scraped, leaving minimal residual white paint and exposing the natural pine beneath.
The seats are covered in muslin upholstery, simply holding batting in place and secured with exposed staples. The stool frames are restored, stable are ready for reupholstery at the discretion of the buyer.
All scratches, cracks, dings, and age-related separation are reflective of age and do not detract from the beauty nor function of this pair of Swedish stools.
