19th century Swedish sideboard buffet, crafted in pine. The cabinet features a three drawer over three door configuration, giving it a classic and highly useful form. A newer professionally applied black painted finish has been lightly distressed to reveal natural wood below, adding depth and character that suits the age of the piece. The three upper drawers are fitted with brass rings to use as pulls, while the three lower cabinet doors open to reveal a single interior shelf. The interior is painted in a contrasting seafoam blue color, adding further interest. Typical age related cracks, minor nicks, and scratches reflect generations of use. Restored strong, stable, and ready to use. The lower cabinet locks with a single key that still functions, though we often recommend using the key as a pull only due to the inconsistency of old locks.
