Pair of 20th century Danish club chairs upholstered in red vintage leather. The chairs feature a rounded barrel back with a tub shaped form, button tufted backs, rolled arms, and hardwood feet. Nail head trim completes the look and adds further definition to the silhouette. The vintage red leather shows a great deal of character, with cracks, distress, and discoloration throughout, especially along the arms where use was heaviest. The seats appear to show old repairs to some of the cracking, and the front skirts of each chair also show old repairs to tears. They sit low and comfortable and have a very appealing vintage form with bold color and personality.
