19th century Swedish sideboard buffet, crafted in pine. The cabinet features a three drawer over three door configuration, giving it a classic and highly functional form. Fluted carved vertical details accent the front, each topped by a traditional diamond motif that adds simple decorative character. The newer black painted finish has been professionally applied and gently distressed to reveal natural wood below, giving the piece added depth and character that suits its age. The three upper drawers open using brass ring pulls, while the three lower cabinet doors open using a key as a pull. Each lower section is divided and opens to reveal a single shelf.
