19th century Swedish sideboard, crafted in pine. The cabinet features one long drawer over two doors, giving it a simple and useful form. Two traditional diamond panels accent the front doors, while applied decorative carving highlights the top drawer. The sideboard is raised on tapered feet, adding to its graceful and classic Swedish look. It has been given a newer professionally applied white painted finish that is lightly distressed to reveal some of the natural wood below, adding depth and character that suit the age of the piece. The old locks and keys still function, though due to the inconsistency common with old locks, we often recommend using the key as a pull only. Typical age related cracks and scratches are seen along the top and sides. Restored strong, stable, and ready to use and enjoy.
