This classic French oak chest of drawers has been given new life with a bleached finish which lightened the dark oak and brings out the lovely carved details of the paneled drawers and sides. Double brass pulls accent the 3 large drawers, original wood pegs (vs nails) and scalloped skirt adds to the appeal. This chest of drawers is strong, stable and ready to be placed and enjoyed. Condition includes typical age-related separation in drawer bottoms, old knicks/stains, minor loss to right corner of lower drawer, old repairs (seen along back).
