Wonderful pair of Kaare Klint safari chairs designed in 1933 and produced in 1960s by Rud Rasmussen. These chairs show off well-designed lines in combination with carefully crafted wood joints. The brown canvas with loose seats complements the ash frame while the backrest can be tilted to optimize the seating comfort. The patina of the leather arm strap and lower buckle and strap underneath the seat and back enhance the overall strong look. Sold in original used vintage condition, any stains to leather or canvas, scratches, nicks etc. are commensurate with age and do not detract from the style nor function of this handsome pair of original safari chairs. Seat Height: 12"
