Original painted pine sideboard dated 1795, rich deep patina to the aged wood.
Hand painted flourishes in green, red and yellow. Faded monogram and date of 1795 still visible on door. 
Interior storage accessed from square central door on front, closes with small latch (lock no longer functions).
Restored with wax finish, this sideboard is strong and stable. All nicks, dings, multiple signs of wear/distress are commensurate with generations of use and do not impact fuction of this striking piece.
