Professionally restored and waxed, this large trunk is ready to be placed and enjoyed. Three support brackets were added to the interior top at some point in time to provide strength to where the oak top had an age-related separation which is common in an item over 250 years old. Slight bow to top now visible.
Any scratches, cracks, dings, gouges, stains or age related separation are reflective of age and do not detract from the beauty nor function of this incredible find.
