It originally served as a work table, resulting in the worn patina with deep gouges, cracks, scrapes, stains, and old gnarls.
This console table has two runners along the base. There is a ruggedness to the top including aged related separation of the two hefty planks that form the top.
It has been restored so it is strong and stable.
