The painted finish on this pine pair is layered, and seems to reflect they were painted over through the years resulting in an antique white painted finish, with touches of soft gray and some muted areas of black underneath (there may have been some sort of pattern or small accent/decoration at some point in the past). The slight distress to the finish is fitting the age and grace of these console tables.
When placed together, the two demi-lunes make a circular table of 41" diameter. 
Restored, strong and stable. All old nicks, scratches, signs of wear are reflective of generations of use and do not detract from the beauty nor function of this pair.
