Stylized pedestal table with unique carving resting on a tri-foot base. The original hand-painted finish accentuates the carving bringing great visual impact to a small space.
Made of pine, the background is a brown faux wood painted finish which was traditional for the era. The top has a scalloped edge and was painted a contrasting muted gray/white/faux marble originally and now shows stains, black marks, scratches, one slight crack/separation (typical and age-related).
Restored, this table is stable, strong, and ready for use.
All scratches, cracks, nicks to base, dings, and age related separation (see photos) are reflective of generations of use and do not detract from the beauty nor function of this accent table which was created in the mid to late 1800's.
